Villas 2 and 3 are licensed by the Hellenic Tourist Board with EOT number 1198422 and Villa 1 with EOT number Nr. 1046312.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY​

After the deposit of 30% of the total amount, the reservation is considered confirmed. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be withheld as a cancellation fee. If canceled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental amount will be withheld as a cancellation fee.

  • The reservation is considered confirmed upon receiving of 30% of the total payment.
  • For Non-Show on arrival date, 100 % cancellation fee.
 

We advise to buy a travel insurance to face unexpected events as for example air strikes or illness.
