The Siriatis I villa with a total area of 115 sq.m offers a fantastic view of the sea and the Cretan mountains. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and aromatic plants in a private area (5,000 Sqm).
In the open space there is a spacious living room with a wonderful view and a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Siriatis I consists of 3 bedrooms in which there are smart TVs and free satellite channels.
Two of them provide king-size bed (2.00 X 1.60 m) and a private bathroom with hydromassage. The third room has two single beds and access to the shared bathroom.
All rooms have a sea view.
The outdoor area and the swimming pool are directly accessible from all the rooms. The villa has its own private swimming pool (8.50×4.00 m, 1.45 m deep) in which salt electrolysis is carried out to disinfect it without the use of chlorine, making this method hygienic for the body and the environment. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and sunbeds to enjoy the sun. In addition there is a large table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In the yard there is a dinning room next to the BBQ and the traditional oven as well as a comfortable sitting area to enjoy moments of relaxation.
Also in the back yard there is an olive grove with herbs and hammocks for relaxation.
The villa has fireplace, cd & dvd player and each room is equipped with A/C.
